The Standard Chartered Achievers’ Club represents the creme de la creme of the bank’s sales personnel. The Client requested us to plan a luxurious event to reward the members of the Achievers’ Club. We were tasked by Client to create a themed event that befits the grand achievement of these sales achievers. And to ensure they have an unforgettable night.

The VIPs toasting the successful Achievers

At The Stars was the central theme that we designed specifically for the event. As the sales force of Standard Chartered reaching for the stars in their everyday work, now they have arrived at a place of recognition. They have risen above and reached a place where few can go. They were simply At The Stars.

This concept was brought to live through the use of various lighting effects. The hall was decked in strips of fairy lights, covered by transparent cloth. Table numbers were constellation names, placed alongside an agenda card with the shape of a 4-angled star. Stars (LED lights, really) strewn across the backdrop beautifully with the theme “AT THE STARS” lit up, further mesmerising the guests.

We also treated the guests like pop stars. As they waltz into the lobby, a fleet of “fake paparazzi” started to take pictures and they were greeted with flashes of light. Next, being the celebrity of the night, guests strutted on a grand red carpet and posed for the perfect red carpet shot. Finally, before they enter the hall, guests signed on a huge signage that will later be framed up as the HQ office décor, as a milestone to be commemorated permanently in the office.

Guests were entertained throughout the night with performances from Sharizan Borhan, who was also the emcee for the night, as well as the beautiful, sultry singers of Stilettos. The night went on to be an entertaining event for every guest.

All the photos that night were placed into a souvenir magazine that highlights the happenings of the events as well as the award ceremony, so guests can reminisce years later.
