August 17 marks a new milestone for our Client Mah Sing Group. Not only a project is launched but the event was attended by more than 9,000 people in a single day. The great turnout hinges on great location as well as a well thought-out strategy.
Pre-event setup – A huge tent was setup to anticipate a huge crowd. Blue carpet was selected to mimic a lake environment, with lightbox panel surrounding the tent, based on the development’s theme a different view.
10 light box panels lighted up the tent area, with pictures depicting life at Lakeville Residences. The panels were part of the launch gambit.

The tent was thronged by thousands of people throughout the entire event.

The gambit ends with a huge bang of confetti, and a curtain drop, revealing all the panels, which lighted up all at once.
Next, VIPs proceed to the outdoors to witness the auspicious lion dance.
